[Lesotho Times] Prime Minister Thomas Thabane on Tuesday ignored the recommendations of the National Command Centre (NECC) to extend the lockdown by another 14 days to enable Lesotho to equip its health facilities to respond to an outbreak of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
