[Nyasa Times] Malawi's legal fraternity is questioning the manner in which the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has, secretly, submitted more than one nominee to the appointing authority - Head of State - for the position of the chairperson of the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC).
