[Monitor] The Bishop of Sebei Diocese, Rev Paul Masaba, has accused non-governmental organisations (NGOs) operating in the sub-region to fight against female genital mutilation (FGM) of exaggerating figures on the current prevalence in order to obtain funding from donors.
