[New Zimbabwe] THE government has written to the High Court in support of the removal of outspoken Ntabazinduna traditional leader, Chief Nhlanhlayamangwe Ndiweni last month by President Emmerson Mnangagwa saying the move was justified as he is not a legitimate traditional leader.
