[Zimbabwe Independent] Zimbabwe must have an independent central bank to avert the risk of the country plunging into hyperinflation every 10 years as the current situation is a result of failure on government's part to wean off the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has said.
