Africa: COVID-19 - MSF South Africa and Global Operational Update

    [MSF] Lockdown commenced at midnight on 26 March, with severe restrictions on movement to be implemented, bolstered by punitive measures enacted by police and army. Confirmed COVID-19 cases stand at over 1000 as of 27 March with two deaths.
