Africa: Ethiopia, Riparian States Inch Closer to Deal Over Nile Water Use
[East African] Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt have moved closer to formalising a water-sharing deal over the Nile after technical teams meeting in Khartoum drew up a draft agreement.
