Congo-Kinshasa: EU Should Extend Sanctions Against Rights Abusers

    [HRW] The European Union will soon have to decide whether to renew targeted sanctions against 14 senior officials in the Democratic Republic of Congo responsible for violent repression and other serious human rights abuses. The EU should do so.
