Ghana: Use Tax Payers' Money Judiciously to Improve Local Economy - Ato Arthur

[Ghanaian Times] The Head of Local Government Service (LGS), Dr Nana Ato Arthur, has charged administrative officers of the various Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) to ensure that tax payers' money are used judiciously to improve the local economy.
