    [Capital FM] Nairobi -- The Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) has resolved to move to the High Court to challenge Chief Justice David Maraga'S advisory to President Uhuru Kenyatta to dissolve Parliament for failure to enact laws to achieve the two-thirds gender rule.
