Kenya: People Confined at Quarantine Facilities See It as Sentence

[VOA] Kenya's president, Uhuru Kenyatta, has vowed to arrest and punish 50 people who escaped mandatory coronavirus quarantines at an isolation center in Nairobi.  Some Kenyans, who were forced to isolate in government facilities, have complained about high fees to stay at the center.
