    [Nation] US Vice President Mike Pence Saturday claimed the late Qasem Soleimani, the head of Quds Force - the elite part of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps -- was a terrorist who plotted attacks including in Kenya, even as millions in the Middle east mourned the fallen commander as a hero.
