Kenya: Urban Schools Perform Better in Inaugural Grade 3 CBC Tests

[Nation] Learners in rural schools were unable to read and write, compared with those in urban schools, and girls did better than boys in the first Grade 3 assessment done since the new curriculum started, results released by the Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec) show.
