Malawi: Watchdog Wants Electoral Body's National Tally Centre Moved to Lilongwe

    [Nyasa Times] Human Rights Defenders Coalition (HRDC) has called on the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) to move the national tally centre from Blantyre to Lilongwe to ease logistical challenges.
