Namibia: Drunk Driving Arrests On the Rise in Oshana

[Namibian] DESPITE the recently introduced directive that set the bail in respect of drunk driving offences at a sum of N$8000 for first time offenders, the number of arrests for drunk driving incidents continues to rise in the Oshana region.
