    [New Era] Windhoek -Former cabinet ministers Bernhard Esau and Sacky Shanghala, as well as four others implicated in the high-profile Fishrot Files kickback scandal, are expected to appear in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court today following their arrest yesterday.
