    [This Day] Abuja and Lagos -The federal government Thursday expressed concern about the disruption unleashed on the nation's healthcare system since the onset of COVID-19, which has resulted in a significant drop in the number of outpatient population of non-COVID-19 ailments in hospitals nationwide.
