Nigeria: Govt Moves to Minimise Crisis As ASUU Begins Two-Week Strike

    [This Day] Abuja -The federal government yesterday moved to avert a major crisis in the public university system following a two-week industrial action embarked by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) to force the federal government to implement the 2009 agreement signed with lecturers.
