Nigeria lifts suspension of two aid groups in northeast -minister

    MAIDUGURI, Nigeria (Reuters) - Nigeria has temporarily lifted a suspension of the operations of two aid groups, Mercy Corps and Action Against Hunger, in the country's northeast, the minister of humanitarian affairs said.
