Nigeria: No More Deal With Katsina Bandits, Masari Vows

    [This Day] Kaduna and Katsina -Miffed by the renewed attacks, kidnapping and cattle rustling by bandits in Katsina State, Governor Aminu Masari has vowed that he would no longer negotiate with them following their failure to honour previous agreements he had with them.
