Nigeria: Suicide - Nigeria Lacks National Prevention Strategy

    [Vanguard] Nigeria currently has no National suicide prevention strategy. The country is yet to develop, implement and evaluate a comprehensive and sustainable multi-sectoral suicide prevention plan, for the populace as a whole and for the vulnerable persons in particular, as recommended by the World Health Organisation, WHO.
