[Vanguard] The Federal Government has given details of fraudulent circumstances surrounding the Gas Supply Processing Agreement (GSPA) with Process and Industrial Developments Ltd (P&ID) leading to the award of N9.6 billion dollars judgment debt against Nigeria.
