[Premium Times] The recent closure of the Nigerian borders with its neighbouring countries appears to have recorded positive impacts for the economy, as the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) says the country's national consumption level of petroleum products dropped by about 30 per cent since the policy began.
