    Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, seen addressing lawmakers Tuesday, won a Nobel Peace Prize less than two weeks ago — but he now appears embroiled in a standoff with the activist who helped bring down the regime before him.

    Less than two weeks after drawing international praise, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed is struggling with unrest at home as his tenuous ally, Jawar Mohammed, alleges a plot against him.
