Rwanda: Family, Colleagues Eulogise Mutsinzi

[New Times] Family and former colleagues of deceased former Chief Justice Jean Mutsinzi have eulogised him as a man who loved his family and country, mostly remembered for his efforts to set the foundation for the Rwandan judiciary having headed the sector in the immediate aftermath of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
