Tanzania: Tanzania, Burundi Plan for Railway and Refinery

    [East African] After last week's maiden tour of Tanzania, where Burundi's President Evariste Ndayishimiye met Tanzanian President John Magufuli in Kigoma, the two countries agreed to build a railway to transport minerals from Gitega.
