Uganda: Bobi Wine Dares Museveni to Free and Fair Elections

    [Monitor] Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has reacted to President Museveni's earlier missive in which he accused him and his Mityana Municipality counterpart Francis Zaake of leading a group to attack his convoy and NRM supporters in Arua in 2018.
