Uganda: Sand Mining Resumes On L.victoria Shores

[Monitor] Sand mining has resumed on the shores of Lake Victoria despite the recent presidential directive to the Minister of Water and Environment to clear all wetlands, riverbanks and lakeshores of encroachers.
