BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi spoke on the phone with British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab on Sunday to discuss the latest tensions in the region and the consequences of a military confrontation, Abdul Mahdi's office said.
