    [New Zimbabwe] The MDC Alliance Friday failed to submit its objection forms to the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) offices in Bulawayo because there was "no" secretariat at the ZEC provincial offices in Bulawayo to receive the affidavits.
