    [New Zimbabwe] Former Health Minister, Henry Madzorera has hit out at the Emmerson Mnangagwa led government for allegedly going on a "deliberate skull cracking and bone breaking" programme fully knowing there were no doctors in Zimbabwean hospitals to treat the victims.
