Zimbabwe: Harare Needs U.S.$800 Million to Deal With Old Sewer System

[New Zimbabwe] Harare City Council (HCC) needs between US$700 and US$800 million to give the city's old water distribution and sewer reticulation system a new lease of life, Mayor Herbert Gomba has said.
