Zimbabwe: Mangudya, Biti Clash in Parliament

    [New Zimbabwe] HARARE East MP, Tendai Biti had a bruising stand-off with Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) governor, John Mangudya who felt irritated by the Public Accounts Parliamentary Committee chair's persistent questioning over reported central bank irregularities in the issuance of Treasury Bills (TBs).
