[New Zimbabwe] MEIKLES Limited Friday issued a circular to shareholders seeking approval for the disposal of the Harare Meikles Hotel to ASB Hospitality Zimbabwe, a group company of Albwardy Investment LLC of Dubai for US$20 million.
