[Zimbabwe Independent] The 2020 National Budget will focus on enhancing revenue collection through advancing the ongoing Zimbabwe Revenue Authority and other administrative reform initiatives meant to broaden the tax base and plug revenue leakages, Finance minister Mthuli Ncube has said.
