Zimbabwe: Police Brutality Victims to Sue Matanga, Ministers

    [New Zimbabwe] Three men who were allegedly assaulted by police and soldiers on separate occasions, suffering varying degrees of injury, have written to Police Commissioner-General Godwin Matanga declaring their intentions to sue.
