Zimbabwe: Reversing Dismal Rights Record Since 1980

[HRW] On April 18, as Zimbabweans look back on 40 years of independence from British colonial rule, it is a fitting time to reflect on the country's human rights record. Born a few months before independence, I have no personal experience of the liberation struggle.
